Companies should acknowledge that employees have lives outside the company. Without time off from work, employee gets both bored and boring. Companies should give their employees to time for themselves, with their family, friends and the things they are passionate about so that they will feel recharged after a long tiring week they had.Enable the well-being of individuals and their families through compensation, benefits, policies and practices.
